Marc Stopeck GENIUS !! The two adults in the cartoon disappeared in October.. Bambi on the left of the cartoon will be a mom in late summer. Men still keep on marching off to war. Grandmas sit in chairs and reminisce Boys keep chasing girls to get a kiss. The cars keep going faster all the time. Bums still cry 'Hey buddy, have you got a dime?' Marc Stopeck GENIUS !!

This may be too late, but the humane solution to deer population is deer contraception. I believe slow release subdermal pellets can be shot from range. A percentage will miss/fail so that is factored into the number of targets "treated". The Village should be consulting with The Sierra club, WWF, ASPCA, or other local NGOs that can assist, with their experience.
