When I first wrote about Munch in 2011, my comments aroused the ire of unhinged vegetable-based eaters throughout the Village. Being vegetarian so frequently carries with it a sanctimonious, holier-than-thou attitude…an attitude that is entirely absent from the folks at Munch, who take a very balanced approach to feeding vegetables to a world that is for the most part omnivorous.
