The Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce hosted "The State of the Villages," an economic luncheon on Friday, May 16th, at the Carlton Hotel. The luncheon, presentations and Q&A was moderated by Dan Haley, Publisher of Wednesday Journal.

Local residents and business owners came out to address their concerns on topics realted to the economic well-being of their communities. Oak Park Village President Anan Abu-Taleb, River Forest Village President Cathy Adduci, and the President of the Village of Forest Park Anthony Calderone, were in attendance to answer many questions.

Congratulations to Cathy Yen and Sarah Corbin from the Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce on the stellar turnout.
