Staff Reporter

The Oak Park board voted unanimously Monday night to approve members of a task force charged with reviewing housing discrimination in the village. Establishment of the group is in response to the HOPE Fair Housing report released earlier this year, showing some rental groups discriminated against African Americans and those with hearing disabilities. The new members of the task force are Pat Cesario, Joi Cregler, Gloria Merrill, Bill Planek, Dawn Mueller, John Murtagh and Fr. George Omwando.
