Austin based hydroponic farm makes Zagat's list of "11 Chicago Food Artisans to Wach."
Zagat is a lifestyle aggregator that collects information on where to go, eat, stay and shop in some of the world's most popular cities.
Writer Sarah Freeman says the West Side business is loveable because it grows fresh herbs, greens and vegetables and partners with Chicago area restaurants such as Alinea, Grace and Table 52.
Other artisans that made the list are the coffee aficionados at Sparrow Coffee, the Japanese cuisine buffs at Buttermilk Bento and the popcorn mavens at Popcorn Asylum.
