Diaz Case Law PC recently opened their doors to the Berwyn community at 7100 W 16th St, bringing expertise on legal areas including real estate, family law (divorce, custody and child support), criminal defense, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, personal injury, immigration and business law and more. They also have a real estate office, Diaz Case Realty, to help homebuyers with socials, ITIN and short sales. A ribbon cutting was held in partnership with the City of Berwyn and the Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) on March 1, 2018. At the grand opening, BDC Board President Andy Sotiropoulos remarked, "Having Diaz Case Law PC in Berwyn is amazing—we're looking forward to the positive impact you'll have on the lives of residents and beyond." Mayor Robert J. Lovero added, "Welcome to the neighborhood! We're thrilled to have the firm in our City. The BDC and the City of Berwyn are here to help you with whatever your business needs."

Diaz Case Law utilizes over 15 years of combined legal experience in their cases, with various attorneys specializing in specific fields of law. Their goal in opening their Berwyn office is to not only provide top quality customer service but also to service everyone, no matter what legal issues they may be facing. They offer bilingual services and payment plans, taking the financial burdens of legal counseling into consideration. "We start working on cases right away and set up a payment plan for the client because we know that in today's economy, people don't have tons of money just sitting around," says Diaz.

Diaz Case Law has also hosted radio shows on both 107.9 FM (La Ley) and 93.5 FM (Latinomix) since 2010. On her Sunday Latinomix show, Diaz focuses on legal issues, answering live call-in questions and Facebook Live messages. Her Saturday show on La Ley addresses real estate questions. Diaz chooses to get involved with Spanish radio so she can aid the Latino community and those who are left unrepresented due to lack of funds or lack of knowledge. "I enjoy helping my people and being a voice for them," Diaz says.

"Congratulations on your new beginning here in Berwyn. This firm is a great example of the American Dream and I know Gina and her team will do great things in this City," remarked Senator Martin Sandoval, who also attended the grand opening.

"Berwyn is a community that truly feels like home. We're here to help you find the best possible solution to your problem. We're excited to be here!" said Diaz.
