Last Saturday, the St. Giles gym hosted over 500 participants competed in the Ocho, the Eighth Annual Sports Trivia competition hosted by the St. Giles Men's Society (Ocho means Eight in Spanish). According to Brent Showalter, "This year's event benefitted Highsight, which puts children through a rigorous mentoring program to provide high school and college educations to underprivileged youth."
The special guest was none other than legendary White Sox organist Nancy Faust (a trivia answer in her own right), who was on hand and played throughout the night. She performed the theme songs of the 1970s sitcoms that supplied the names of the various sports categories.
