The village of River Forest recently released a request for bids to renovate its village hall and the reception area.
Proposed renovations include new windows, doors, floors and much more for the municipal building at 400 Park Ave.
Village Administrator Eric Palm said improvements will ultimately be approved at an upcoming village board meeting Feb. 26 or March 12, once the village has received bids back. Bids are due back from contractors on Feb. 20.
