Coach - Personal & Business

All parents have a toolbox filled with “parenting” tools to help them guide and raise their children.  We have tools for setting limits, motivating our children and instilling our values.  All of these are important, but we also need tools to help our children grow emotionally and socially!

If our children are going to learn and experience success in school and life, then we need to teach, support and encourage our kids to:

  • Identify, express and manage their emotions
  • Develop positive relationships with others
  • Develop a positive self-concept

On Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 8 am - 2:45 pm at Percy Julian Middle School located at 416 S. Ridgeland Ave, Oak Park, IL - gather with other parents, teachers and caregivers to gain additional strategies, tips and tools on promoting and supporting young children’s emotional and social competency by attending “We Can Work It Out," the Eighth Annual Symposium sponsored by The Collaboration for Early Childhood Care & Education.

Your day includes a continental breakfast, keynote address, lunch, panel discussion and a variety of morning and afternoon breakout sessions led by noteworthy presenters.  The benefits?  New relationships, resources, expanded knowledge and fresh ideas to help you support your children.
