Suburban Unity Alliance hosts debate

There are likely to be a lot of people on the stage at the first candidate forum for Oak Park village trustee hopefuls — 11 people have announced their intention to run for three open seats in the upcoming municipal election on April 2.

The candidate forum, scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St., is hosted by Suburban Unity Alliance.

Seating is available for 120 people, according to an announcement and free tickets to the event can be reserved online at
