Meet Super Hero Dr. Cynthia Chow of CAA The Hearing Place
Your friendly neighborhood Small Business Owner
By Small Business Super Heroes
What does your business do & what sets you apart from others in your industry?
Our business provides affordable and quality hearing solutions to individuals with hearing loss. When you hear better, you live better.
What is "super" about your business? Why is it special?
We reconnect people to the world by helping them hear better!
If you could pick a superpower, what would it be?
Time travel
What is one thing you have had to do to "pivot" to survive the Covid shutdown?
Internally, we've restructured to improve efficiency. We've cross-trained our team so everyone is familiar with what everyone else does in case something happens. We can all help one another and serve our patients more effectively this way.
Name one thing you LOVE about our Chamber?
Just one?!?!?....this Chamber is incredibly supportive of each unique business and is really just like a large family with a lot to offer. I love (and miss) our gatherings!
What's the weirdest thing you sell or offer? Or have there been any odd customer requests?
We don't sell anything weird...but I have had a customer request I repair his hearing aid when he only had the ear mold (he lost the aid).
Name three of your favorite local businesses (besides yourself, of course!)
CarefulPeach Boutique, Spilt Milk, Lively Athletics |
