For the safety of customers and staff in the face of extreme weather forecast for this evening, Oak Park Public Library’s Main Library and Maze Branch Library will close at 5 pm today. Dole Branch Library is closed on Mondays.
Main Library will reopen at 9 am Tuesday.
To consolidate staff resources at Main Library, Dole Branch Library and Maze Branch Library will be closed Tuesday, and all Tuesdaybranch events are canceled. The library’s off site genre X book discussion is rescheduled to Feb. 4.
The library will continue to share updates on its website, http://oppl.org, online calendar, Facebook, and Twitter.
