The restaurants in Oak Park have been given the sidewalks, parking spaces, etc. to put tables out and serve customers. I know of no place where one can walk on the sidewalk, through the tables and be at a 6-foot, or even a 3-foot distance.

Combine this with two virus spreader events hosted every day by the village (swimming pools) and we will end up back where we started.
