More than 20 downtown Oak Park restaurants are participating in Thursday Night Take-Out–a program designed to encourage support of local restaurants and raise money to fight homelessness.
“Thursday Night Take-Out is a twist on our popular Thursday Night Out event.” said Downtown Oak Park, Executive Director Shanon Williams. “Customers can support their favorite local restaurants while helping the growing homeless population in the area. A percentage of take-out and delivery sales from participating restaurants on Thursday nights will be donated to the Oak Park Homeless Coalition.”
Every Thursday from 5-9 pm (some hours vary by restaurant) ordering carry out from participating establishments will generate funds for the worthy cause. A full list of participating restaurants can be found on Downtown Oak Park’s website but several notable deals caught our attention. Check them out below!
