I think someone needs to propose a change to the River Forest Board of Trustees. Make the North Avenue and Harlem intersection a No Turn on Red intersection. I have seen the photos of friends who got ticketed. They are not going against any traffic. So since they didn’t stop the time that the camera wants before turning, they get to fill the money chest of River Forest.
I am following my friends’ lead and not turning right on red. Let the people behind me honk all they want.
I’m waiting for the green light.
