Do you think you’re ready to experience all you can when you attend college for the first time or while you are in college? We sure hope so! College is a great opportunity to develop new friendships, expand your knowledge for the career you want to follow, and enjoy the freedom that college affords you. You also learn how to live with your decisions and establish yourself as an educated, intelligent, loving, caring adult. As adults, we want all of this for you.

However, not everything about the college experience is good and fun. There are times you may find yourself in an uncomfortable situation and don’t know what to do or who to go to for assistance. These are the circumstances that may prevent you from reaching your goals. That’s what the award-winning documentary, The Hunting Ground, is all about. It is meant to keep you aware, smart and safe.

Joining us next Wednesday, July 31 at 7 p.m. in Ascension’s Pine Room, 601 Van Buren, Oak Park, will help educate you when these uncomfortable, hurtful situations arise.

The room is air-conditioned and refreshments will be served.

This presentation is sponsored by the Domestic Violence Outreach Ministries of OP-RF.
