Few things are as satisfying as a properly made sandwich. David Hammond recently reminded us about the virtues of humble bologna and urged us all to give it a second chance. I’ve never had a problem with bologna; bologna and ketchup on squishy white bread was a school lunch favorite of mine. Judge if you must, but sandwiches are highly personal!
