March 22nd is World Water Day and brings attention to the importance of freshwater and the need for of clean and reliable water sources across the globe. To honor the day you can support the work of a water focused philanthropy and/or forgo purchasing flavored water in favor of infusing your own water at home.

Simply place a smattering of your favorite fruits, vegetables, and herbs in clean quart-sized mason jar and fill with cold water. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate 12-hours or over night before straining over ice.

Cheers to delicious hydration!
