Tess Behr designed, planned, shopped for, and built the raised wheelchair-accessible flower bed so that the kids in wheelchairs could be a part of the garden club at Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School. She put in over 80 hours of work and completed this project for her Girl Scout Gold Award.
