The Hemingway District held its annual Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 29th. Mayor Anan Abu-Taleb welcomed the abundant crowd of costumed families. Oak Park firemen and police officer’s led the group down Oak Park Avenue, where they trick-or-treated and enjoyed a haunted Scoville Square.
