John Giura, 83, of River Forest, died on May 10, 2016. Born on Jan. 29, 1933, he was the husband of Sylvia (nee Sasso); father of Mark (Kelly), John (Malain), and Marisa (Edward) D’Onofrio; grandfather of John, Sara, Daniel, Grace, Jack and Emma.
Visitation will be held at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Road, Westchester (two blocks west of Mannheim Road) on Sunday, May 15, from 3 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 16, at St. Luke Church, 7600 Lake St., River Forest for. Mass. Interment will be private.
