Thanks for putting the Downtown Oak Park towing mess under the spotlight [Merry Tow-mas, Oak Park, News, Dec. 9]. If songwriter Steve Goodman were alive, I’m sure we could get him to write another song about “towing pirates.”
Only in Oak Park would the signs say, “Shoppers Beware,” instead of “Welcome Shoppers.”
Sigh.
