Oak Park police are searching for a 48-year-old Oak Park woman who has been missing since Saturday.
Alicia H. Yaus, of the 500 block of Forest Avenue, is described by police as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 130 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo of a Japanese animation character on the back of her neck. She may be wearing prescription eyeglasses.
She was last seen at about 3 p.m. on Nov. 28 near Chicago and Harlem avenues wearing a black coat, black shirt and Ugg boots and driving a blue Volvo XC70 wagon with Illinois license plate A234609.
Yaus also may have been in the vicinity of Harlem and 16th Street in Berwyn around 5 p.m., according to police.
Police say the divorced mother of three was reported missing early Sunday morning. They are searching national and state databases for signs of the vehicle and have issued a missing person alert across the region and in Lake, Cook, Will and Dupage counties.
