Oak Park-based Prairie Title has hired three new account executives to help manage the company’s growing business across the Chicago Metropolitan area. Michael Guerin, Brian Zeng and Steve Gillum bring years of title industry experience to Prairie Title. Guerin and Gillum will work out of the Oak Park office, while Zeng will be based in Oak Brook.
“Our three new hires bring years of account management experience to Prairie Title, coupled with deep title insurance industry expertise,” said Frank Pellegrini, the title agency’s President and CEO. “We are thrilled to bring Michael, Brian and Steve aboard at this time as the real estate business continues to recover from the economic challenges we have all faced in recent years.”
Guerin will work with attorney and lender clients. He graduated from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL, and his previous experience in the industry includes a stint with First American Title Insurance Co.
Gillum is a 10-year veteran of the national commercial title insurance sector, primarily with First American, and a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Zeng brings 10 years of title insurance account management experience to Prairie Title, including a stint at Chicago Title. He will work with Prairie Title’s lender and attorney agent clients. Zeng is a graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL.
