Classic Cinemas has just announced the films for the 2013 Wednesday Morning Movie Series! This year the Series will be 9 weeks and will run every Wednesday starting June 12th through August 7th. The films are rated G or PG, ensuring a family-friendly experience for every child. Doors open at 9 AM, with the film starting at 10 AM, at any of the 12 theatre locations. General admission is $1 per person. Games and costumed characters are on hand to entertain the children before show time.

Reservations will be taken in advance for groups of 15 or more, based on a group rate of only $5 per person. This special group rate includes admission, Kiddie Combo and reserved seats to allow groups to be seated together.

The complete film schedule features the following films:

June 12 – “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” (2012) PG
Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman are still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple. Their journey takes them through Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they reinvent – Madagascar style. Featuring the vocal talents of Chris Rock, Ben Stiller, David Schwimmer and Jada Pinkett Smith.

June 19 – “Hotel Transylvania” (2012) PG
Dracula finds trouble when a human boy stumbles upon his high-end resort hidden away from the human world and falls in love with the count’s daughter. Voiced by of Adam Sandler, Kevin James and Andy Samberg.

June 26 – “Ice Age: Continental Drift” (2012) PG
The trio of friends embarks upon another adventure after their continent is set adrift and they explore a new world. Starring the voices of Ray Romano, Denis Leary and John Leguizamo.

July 3 – “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days” (2012) PG
No more school! Greg is more than ready for the days of summer but his plans go completely wrong. What is he going to do with his summer vacation? Starring Zachary Gordon, Robert Capron and Devon Bostick.

July 10 – “Rise of the Guardians” (2012) PG
The Immortal Guardians of the world add an unlikely member to their team to protect children all around the world from the evil spirit, Pitch. Starring Hugh Jackman, Alec Baldwin and Isla Fisher.

July 17 – “Hotel for Dogs” (2009) PG
Two kids secretly take in stray dogs at a vacant hotel, which, of course, turns into a disaster. Starring Emma Roberts, Jake T. Austin and Lisa Kudrow.

July 24 – “Muppets from Space” (1999) G
Kermit and the gang go on a journey to rescue a kidnapped Gonzo and reunite him with his long-last alien family. Starring Dave Goelz, Steve Witmire and Bill Barretta.

July 31 – “Escape from Planet Earth” (2013) PG
Astronaut Scorch Supernova finds himself caught in a trap when he responds to an SOS from a notoriously dangerous alien planet, Earth. Starring the vocal talents of Brendan Fraser, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jessica Alba.
