Stop Oak Park and River Forest High School from raising our taxes on Dec. 20. The District 200 Board of Education will pass a 2.5% property tax levy increase this Thursday, Dec. 20, despite having a $123 million cash surplus.

The board will hold a public hearing as a formality immediately before approving the new levy on Dec. 20.

The only way D200 residents can stop them from passing the levy is to come and protest in person at 7:30 p.m. on at the high school, 201 N. Scoville, Oak Park.

Invite as many other D200 taxpayers as possible and bring them with you on Dec. 20.
