OPRF’s custodians are heading back to the bargaining table with the school board and administration to work on a new collective bargaining agreement.

The custodians’ four-year contract expires this summer and school officials said they’ll begin negotiations with the union “very soon.” The custodians received a 1.5-percent pay increase in the final three years of the contract the last time around. The high school explored outsourcing its custodial work before reaching an agreement with its workers.
