The OPRF swim team fell to Lyons 134.5-50.5 last week, but diver Claire Kissinger had every reason to celebrate. Kissinger, a senior, posted a new school record when she finished first in the diving event with a final score of 215.90. It was the only first-place finish in varsity events for OPRF at the meet.

Emma Connell finished with a personal best time of 26.07 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle, good for third place against LT. Connell also helped the 200-yard free relay team finish second in 1:45.17. Maggie Lomasney, Chloe Guhlstorf and Alanna Dassoff also swam in the event.

Lomasney, Mary Clare Stannard Connell and Dassoff finished second in the 400 free relay with a time of 3:45.07.

Guhlstorf, a freshman, finished second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:16.15.

The Huskies travel to Downers Grove North on Thursday.
