Mark your calendar for one of the funnest and easiest birding surveys of the year. The 2011 Great Backyard Bird Count will take place on February 18-21, 2011. I consider myself an intermediate birder, and I really enjoy the GBBC. Why not participate and see what feathered friends are here in the winter? You might be surprised what you see right here in town.
