Yes, the township is proposing a 4.66 percent property tax increase. School District 90 is also proposing a property tax increase. The village just got a 1 percent sales tax increase. And don’t forget the TIF money must be committed by the end of the year. And oh, by the way, we are in a recession. That news has not reached River Forest yet.
