The Blazers continued to blow past opponents last week, going 4-1 at the Naperville Thanksgiving Tournament. Trinity (5-1) downed Joliet 75-17, Oak Forest 80-36, Benet 53-44, and Naperville Central 49-31. Despite having a 15-point lead at one point, the Blazers fell to highly-ranked Bartlett 51-50.

Megan Podkowa averaged 17 points per game in the tournament, while junior Alyssa Dengler was good for 11 points per game. Senior Taricka Linzy rounded out Trinity’s double-digit scoring per contest with 10.

The Blazers travel to T.F. North tonight (Wednesday, 7 p.m.) and Resurrection on Saturday (2:30 p.m.).
