On Thursday Nov. 18, District 97 will host a public forum concerning its April 2011 referendum. The public will have an opportunity to ask questions of administrators and board members. The forum is scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. Nov. 18, at Irving Elementary School, 1125 S. Cuyler. The event will include an overview of the district’s finances, referendum sizing and prospects for district if a referendum passes or not.
