Fans of the Beatles have to go no further than Wonderwall Music Shoppe & Emporium in the Oak Park Arts District (325 Harrison Street) to see the work of world famous photorealist painter, Shannon. The “And Your Bird Can Sing” exhibition opens on Friday, November 12, from 7 – 9 PM, and will run through December 19.
The exhibition marks the grand re-opening of Wonderwall, and is a part of John Lennon’s 70th Birthday Worldwide Celebration. Wonderwall Emporium moved a few doors east to a larger location where owners GiGi Wong-Monaco and Clar Monaco will have more space for their eclectic merchandise and sitar lessons.
