As the River Forest village board debated Monday night how to keep village board members from releasing confidential information to the public, two members of the board broke down into an argument over ethics.
Village President John Rigas and Trustee Steve Dudek argued — and often yelled at each other — about each others’ ethics, withholding documents and discussing confidential information.
