District 97 school board member Peter Traczyk, who’s also the board president, announced this afternoon that he’s seeking a second term in next April’s election. Traczyk, a certified financial planner, was first elected in spring 2007. That race was uncontested. He’s the second member of the board who’s announced their intentions whether to run or not. Robert Spatz, who was also elected in ‘07, announced in September that he’s running again. Michelle Harton, currently the longest serving member on the board, and Rance Clouser, elected in ’07, have yet to publicly announce their plans.
