His team may not be in the state playoffs, but OPRF head football coach Jim Nudera is sure to be keeping a close eye on one particular kid competing in the postseason.
Nudera’s son, Jim Jr., a senior quarterback for the York Dukes, helped lead his team to a 21-14 victory over Lockport on Friday in the first round of the Class 8A playoffs.
Jim Jr. connected on 6-of-12 passes, including a touchdown.
York, who defeated OPRF earlier in the season, is currently 9-1 overall.
