Jack Bishop of “America’s Test Kitchen”, one of the best cooking shows on PBS will be at Unity Temple in Oak Park on Wednesday, October 13th at 7:30pm. Jack is the editorial director of the show and hosts the “Tasting Lab” segment. You know, where they blind taste-test various brands of mustard, jam, and so forth. It’s my favorite segment. Jack will be discussing the program’s newest book, “America’s Test Kitchen Healthy Family Cookbook” and sharing behind-the-scenes tidbits with us.
