The National Association for Business Resources (NABR), an independent research firm in Warren, Mich., recently released its annual list of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” and for the fifth straight year, Oak Park’s Hephzibah Children’s Association is on it.
According to the press release, the companies are evaluated in numerous categories: communications, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, small business, and work-life balance.
The companies will be honored at a luncheon on Monday, Aug. 2 at the Oak Brook Marriott.
