These days, governments at all levels are eager to outsource services. They outsource road repairs, garbage pickup and running payroll checks. It’s time for us in Illinois to outsource them.
Let’s look around and find a state with low corruption, a healthy economy and a balanced budget. Then let’s outsource all of our state government functions, from making laws to enforcing them, from collecting taxes to paying bills to a group of politicians and bureaucrats who have demonstrated competence.
