Having worked with and followed her aldermanic career for more than 20 years, I can say enthusiastically and without reservation that she is an ethical, smart, savvy and pragmatic public servant who has spent her public life committed to positive change.
In more than 40 years of voting in Cook County, this is the best (and maybe first) opportunity I have had to elect a board president with the abilities and skills to bring governmental improvements to the residents of Cook County.
