The Huskies went 2-1 following a Thanksgiving break, earning victories over Lockport and Neuqua Valley but falling to Lincoln Way East.

Senior Connor Schmidt scored the lone goal for the Huskies in a 5-1 loss to Lincoln-Way East to open the tournament. The Huskies bounced back by edging Lockport 4-3.

The Porters pulled their goalie in the closing seconds of the game, but the Huskies held on with the help of Stephen Weintrob. The senior defenseman stopped a shot on goal as the buzzer sounded. Senior forward Adrian Blamires had two goals, including the game winner.

Against Neuqua Valley, the Huskies erupted for six straight goals in the third period en route to a 9-5 win. The nine goals made this game their greatest scoring effort of the season. Picking up goals were Gar Lauerman, Riley Newman, Daniel Shinsako, Adrian Blamires (2), Matt Weintrob, Jack Montroy, Joe Herner and Marcel Beisser.
