Our family has been very concerned about the dunning literature we have been receiving about West Suburban Medical Center, which portray the facility in a very negative light.
We have lived in Oak Park for more than 30 years and have received excellent and efficient care from its staff including physicians, nurses, technical personnel, everyone. This has been true in the E.R., in-patient and out-patient areas, laboratories, medical office practices, etc.
We have considered ourselves fortunate to live in a metropolitan area that offers many excellent choices for medical care, and we are grateful to have one of those facilities conveniently located in our own community.
We look forward to continuing to rely on this organization and its staff for the quality medical care it provides.
