Colette Lueck voted to approve the WhiteCo development that gave the developer $18 million in taxpayer subsidies. That does not make one extremely talented in “…allocating public resources in a responsible, organized and efficient manner.” It is more like shortsighted and irresponsible in the handling of taxpayer money.
