I live two blocks from Austin, where all this crime is taking place. When I drive to work in the morning, and stop at the gas station for a juice (my daily routine), I have to be buzzed in by the person behind the counter. This is a gas station in Oak Park. I, for one, do not feel safe in my own home. I don’t care about what the Oak Park handgun law says. I believe I have the right to protect my family from these monsters.
