Oct. 7 is the last day to register to vote for the Nov. 4 general election. That includes transferring your voter registration to a new address.


Oak Parkers can register at village hall, 123 Madison St. or at the Oak Park Township Office, 105 S. Oak Park Ave. You need to bring two types of identification to register, including one with your current address, according to a village press release.


You can vote early at village hall, Oct. 13-30, Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Early voters don’t need a reason, but must present a government-issued photo ID.
