The Animal Care League has been blessed with a private funding source which allows us to spay/neuter 20 pit bulls for free. The program only covers the surgery, but vaccinations are already set at very low prices. It is a first come first serve program and is limited to 20 sugeries. Appointments can be made by calling the shelter and owners will need to show proof that they live in either Maywood or Cicero to qualify.
