Let me get this straight. I can park free for an hour in one of several village-owned parking garages near shopping areas because the village wants us to shop in town. If I park on-street, I’ll feed the meter a quarter for every 20 or 30 minutes. But if I go to OPRF High School for a teacher conference or concert or PTO meeting, I have to pay FIVE DOLLARS to park in the village-owned parking garage, even if I park there for only five minutes?

Does the village value education less than commerce? Work it out without putting the squeeze on OPRF parents.
