Why not a hospital/bank on the superblock?

Another medical building [Underground big-box retailer, hotel possibilities for Colt superblock, News, Dec. 5]? Sure, why not. Let’s just take the whole block for a new hospital! They’re the only ones who have money anyway. How about we give the medical professionals some tax breaks while we’re at it? Actually how about a hospital with a bank attached to it? Yeah, the Holy Cross/Chase Lutheran SuperColt Center for People With Insurance Plans. Kinda like the sound of that.
