As a retired River Forest Police Department lieutenant, it is no surprise as to the moral at the PD.
After Chief Bopp left the department, it has slowly went down hill to the point where they are now. It’s time to clean house and regain the pride we once had. What do you expect when they promote a patrolman and junior sergeant to Deputy Chief status.
Dah, go figure.
