Last week from from the Oak Park Visitors Center, I observed park district employees aided by a huge truck and a huge crane and supervised by an Oak Park police officer, depositing a huge huge boulder in Austin Gardens. I would be interested to learn the rationale behind this blatant misuse of taxpayer money.
